The vacation rental units at Carpinteria Shores
are all fully furnished, 2 bedroom/1 bath apartments with fully
equipped kitchens, including coffee makers, microwaves and all
cooking and eating utensils.
Typical sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with
a king or queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and
a fold-out sleeper sofa in the living room.
The vacation rental units are individually owned and therefore
vary in their furnishings. |

Rental Periods are from 1 week to 9 months.
During Summer Season, rentals are weekly only, from Saturday
to Saturday.
Monthly rentals are available during Winter Season only. |

Check-In time is 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. No early Check-Ins. Check-out
time is by 10:00 AM, promptly. |

No pets are allowed on the premises at Carpinteria Shores.
The deposit will be immediately forfeited. Children cannot play
on stairways, hallways or parking lot.
No smoking in the units. |

There are telephones in all units. Local calls are free. A
calling card (or cell phone) is required to make long distance
calls. |
|
All units have televisions equipped with basic cable and VCRs.
Absolutely NO unit transfers upon arrival. |

All vacation rental units come with bed covers, blankets and
pillows; however, you will still need to provide for your sheets
and towels.
Our Linen Package of sheets and towels for six people can be
rented for a one-time charge of $40.00.
These linens are used and laundered by you during your stay
and turned in unwashed on departure. If you wish, you may bring
your own linens. |

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on
each floor. |

Maximum occupancy is 6 persons per unit. Some
units only accept 4 people. Please limit the number of daytime
guests to 6. The person whose name the reservation is in must
be present for any overnight guests. Violation will result in
immediate and full forfeiture of security deposit. No subletting
allowed. |

All vacation rental units are cleaned prior to your arrival.
Prior to check-out, guests are responsible for taking out trash,
washing and putting away dishes, returning unwashed linens to
the laundry bins (behind the office) and putting spreads/comforters
back on beds (mattress pads stay on beds - do not return with
used linens). |
