PAYMENT POLICY
A $500 deposit is required for ALL vacation rental periods,
including weekly, single monthly and multiple monthly rentals
if the reservation is made more than six months prior to arrival.
One-half of the total amount is due at six months prior to
arrival. Payment in full is due thirty days prior to arrival.
Carpinteria Shores Vacation Rentals DOES NOT accept payment
in cash for deposit or rate payments.
We ONLY accept personal, business or cashier checks. We do
NOT accept any credit cards or cash as payment.
All weekly rentals require a $500 Security Deposit, a 10%
city lodging tax, a $100 cleaning fee and a $25 reservation
fee.
All monthly rentals require a $500 Security Deposit, a $100
cleaning fee and a $25.00 reservation fee.
CANCELLATION/REFUND
POLICY
All cancelled reservations
will be charged a minimum $250 administrative cancellation fee.
All reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival may be subject
to a $500 cancellation fee depending on whether the unit gets re-rented
for the same rental rate and during the same rental period.
No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled less than 30
days prior to scheduled arrival time unless unit is re-rented for
the same time at the same or higher Rates, with the same cancellation
fees still applicable.
Carpinteria Shores Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel reservations
30 days prior to arrival with no fee to guest.
