Carpinteria Shores
General Information

Carpinteria Shores apartments are all furnished, two bedroom & one bath, with fully equipped kitchens, including coffee makers, microwaves, toasters, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils.

Typical sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with a king or queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, or a twin and a double, and in some condos, a fold-out sleeper sofa in the living room.

Rental Information

All units are individually owned and managed. Please follow links on individual unit pages for rate information or to make an inquiry.

No pets are allowed in rentals at Carpinteria Shores.

Apartment Information

All units are smoke-free. Also, State and City Law PROHIBITS smoking anywhere on our premises, which includes patios, decks, barbecue area, parking lot, walkways, etc. 

The rentals are individually owned and therefore vary in their furnishings.

All first floor units have patios, many of which open onto the beach. All second and third floor units have balconies.

All of the units come with bed covers, blankets and pillows. You may bring your own linens and towels or, for a fee, rent linen packages from the rental agencies.

A maximum of 4 to 6 people (depending on the unit) can stay overnight on any given night. The person whose name the reservation is in must be present for any overnight guests, unless previous arrangements are made with management. No subletting allowed.

Facilities Information

The complex offers direct beach access and foot showers.

We have free Wi-Fi, and each unit has cable television. There are telephones in all units, and local calls are free.

Washing machines and dryers are available on each floor.

While no barbecues are allowed in individual units, a large communal picnic and barbecue deck is available to all. 

We have an elevator which makes it easy to get to the upper floors, as well as luggage carts.  

Each apartment has one parking space inside our gated lot. There is also free street parking right in front of our complex. (The only “No Parking” time is Tuesdays between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.)
